The Pro Sports Level 2 E-Course builds on the foundation of Level 1, offering a more advanced and science-backed exploration of motor preferences in sport. After a brief recap, the course dives into key concepts such as associated vs. disassociated movement, motricities, motor shoulder, and vision preferences. It introduces testing protocols for select preferences while emphasizing deep scientific understanding. You'll also explore how introversion/extroversion chains and aerobic vs. anaerobic profiles influence athlete energy and performance.
