2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the strict requirements listed below. Refunds are only granted when the customer demonstrates full compliance with all program obligations and still shows no measurable progress.
2.1 Formal Request
- Refund requests must be made in writing and sent by certified mail with return receipt no later than day 30 from the program start date.
- Requests made by email, phone, or after the deadline will not be considered.
2.2 Proof of Compliance
To qualify for a refund, you must provide detailed documentation proving that you have fully completed every step of the program, including but not limited to:

- Baseline performance statistics submitted and validated by the coach.
- Initial 10 videos recording of players' movements, drills, strength & conditioning program (unedited and 15 mn minimum each).
- Completed intake questionnaire, self-assessment forms, and all requested personal data after each practice or session.
- During the Program
- Video of the player assessment
- Video evidence of every assigned exercise, completed exactly as instructed. (minimum of 15 videos, non edited, minimum 30mn each)
- Submission of progress logs and performance stats weekly.
- Attendance confirmation for each virtual or follow-up session.
- Feedback forms signed and submitted for every training unit.
- After Motor Preferences Implementation
- Final video recordings demonstrating execution of drills with Motor Preferences applied. (minimum of 15 videos, non edited, minimum 30mn each)
- Updated performance statistics validated by the provider.
- Comparative analysis proving no measurable improvement despite full compliance.
2.3 Evaluation Standard
- Progress is measured based on statistics, adherence to drills, and quality assessment evaluated by the provider.
- If you fail to submit even one required item (videos, stats, logs, feedback forms), your refund request is automatically void.
- Final judgment of “no measurable improvement” is made at the sole and exclusive discretion of the provider.
3. Processing Fees
- Approved refunds are subject to a mandatory processing fee of 25% of the total program cost.
- This fee covers administrative time, data review, and handling of submitted documentation.
- Fees are non-negotiable and deducted automatically from any refund issued.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued within 60 business days following acceptance of the request.
- Refunds are made by check only, mailed to the billing address on record.
- No other method of payment (PayPal, credit card reversal, wire transfer) will be used.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Failure to complete and submit all required documentation, statistics, or video proof.
- Failure to attend, participate in, or complete all program sessions.
- Technical issues (internet, device failure, etc.) not directly caused by the provider.
- Voluntary withdrawal from the program before completion.
- Lack of effort, motivation, or improper execution of drills.
6. Limitation of Liability
The provider’s liability is strictly limited to the program fee actually paid, minus applicable fees.
Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for injuries, indirect damages, or expectations of results.
