Motor Preferences Intro Course for Baseball & Softball
By Motor Preferences™ Experts,  Exclusive North American Partner of Volodalen Lab

This introductory course provides a foundational look into the Motor Preferences model and how athletes naturally organize movement. You’ll learn the key concepts of flexion vs. extension and Aerial vs. Terrestrial preferences, including the science behind them and how they show up in real athletes.

The course walks you through how to:
- Identify preferences through movement (walk/jog observation)
- Physically test for Aerial vs. Terrestrial tendencies
- Apply simple, effective cues for both hitting and pitching
- Recognize these patterns through real athlete examples

This course includes the same core four videos from our full Level 1 course. After completion, you will have the option to upgrade to the full course within 30 days and receive $75 off.

Note: This introductory course does not include certification, recognition as a trained coach, or access to community calls. These are only available through the full Level 1 course.

✅ Tailored for Dynamic Athletes – Whether you are a power hitter, a speedster, or a precision player, our insoles complement your playing style.
✅ Developed with High-Performance Expertise – Based on cutting-edge research in motor preferences and sports biomechanics, these insoles align with your natural foot mechanics to improve comfort and responsiveness.

  • Not Just an Insole—A Performance Tool:

Unlike traditional insoles, Performance Insoles are not designed to "correct" or "treat" foot conditions. Instead, they are crafted to support the natural movement strategies of athletes, ensuring better foot-ground interaction, enhanced stability, and improved force transmission.

  • Engineered in France, Designed for Performance:

Developed in collaboration with movement specialists and crafted in France, these insoles bring European expertise to the high-performance demands of American athletes.
