Vision Preferences: Vision Dial
The Vision Dial concept helps players understand their strengths and weaknesses in seeing different parts of the strike zone, with aerials excelling at seeing the upper zone and terrestrials better at seeing the lower zone, while eye dominance (front or back motor eye) further affects their ability to perceive inside or outside pitches, allowing athletes to adjust their approach based on their visual preferences for optimal performance.
