Aerial/Terrestrial Testing
After initial observation, three physical tests—the hand test, balance test, and foot test—are used to assess how an athlete’s body instinctively reacts to force, posture, and support, helping confirm their natural preference as aerial, terrestrial, or mixed through a 7-point scoring system.
