Motor Preferences Intro Course for Baseball & Softball
By Motor Preferences™ Experts,  Exclusive North American Partner of Volodalen Lab

A full introduction to individualized coaching.  Discover the foundation of the Motor Preferences® model and learn the difference between Aerial® and Terrestrial® athletes.  In this course, you’ll see how to observe, test, and coach these movement patterns in baseball and softball using practical examples from elite players.

Upon completion you will be recognized as MPE Trained with a certification form. You will be automatically enrolled into our Basic Membership that includes our monthly community zoom calls, put on our trained coaches map, and discounts for in-person clinics.

3. 30-Minute Zoom Coaching Sessions
Schedule sessions to review in-game video, mechanics, or discuss performance-related concerns. Sessions are based on instructor availability and require collaborative scheduling.

4. Strength & Conditioning Program
Customized workout plans designed around your motor preferences. Programs are optimized for performance, injury prevention, and long-term development.
