Motor Preferences Intro Course for Baseball & Softball
By Motor Preferences™ Experts,  Exclusive North American Partner of Volodalen Lab

This introductory course provides a foundational look into the Motor Preferences model and how athletes naturally organize movement. You’ll learn the key concepts of flexion vs. extension and Aerial vs. Terrestrial preferences, including the science behind them and how they show up in real athletes.

The course walks you through how to:
    - Identify preferences through movement (walk/jog observation)
    - Physically test for Aerial vs. Terrestrial tendencies
    - Apply simple, effective cues for both hitting and pitching
    - Recognize these patterns through real athlete examples

This course includes the same core four videos from our full Level 1 course. After completion, you will have the option to upgrade to the full course within 30 days and receive $75 off.

Note: This introductory course does not include certification, recognition as a trained coach, or access to community calls. These are only available through the full Level 1 course.
